Exchanges

• You can exchange an item, size, model as long as the product is not worn and still has a hygiene sticker within a range of up to 7 business days.

• Returning an item + receiving a new item by courier (after coordination with customer service and its approval) at a cost of NIS 35 for both deliveries.

• Exchange of an item in the studio in Rehovot within up to 7 business days.

Rehearsals

• In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health, there is no return / cancellation option for swimwear and underwear. If you didn't find another item to exchange, you can return the swimsuit for a credit to the website and the studio (the credit is unlimited).
